You'll end your journey at the Armenian Alphabet Monument, where stone letters tower as a symbol of a nation that has preserved its culture despite the centuries.

Today you will face a challenge worthy of true adventurers! If you want to conquer the Caucasus, head to one of the peaks of the mighty Aragats, Armenia's highest mountain. This climb is not for the faint of heart - it's a day-long expedition that will test your endurance but reward you with views you'll remember for a lifetime. Start early in the morning, park at Lake Kari, where the sky is mirrored in crystal clear water, and head up from there. Today you will travel through a land of legends, stone and endless water! You will start at Hayravank Monastery, which looks down on Lake Sevan like a stone sentinel. Its ancient walls whisper stories of monks, pilgrims and the storms that have swept through the centuries. Then your journey takes you to Noratus Cemetery, a place where time stands still among thousands of khachkars, exquisitely carved cross stones that tell of life, death and the immortality of the Armenian soul. Today, it's just a leisurely check out and departure to the airport. But if you have time to spare, make the most of it and explore the capital. Don't forget to be at the airport on time afterwards.
