You'll fly into Bari, collect your luggage, and head to Matera. A direct bus to Matera stops at the airport. From the bus station, it's a bit of a walk to the center - take a stroll, grab a taxi, or use Matera's public transport (red buses). You can find everything about transport in Apulia here.

Experience a day in this breathtaking rock city, where James Bond was filmed! You'll wander through winding streets, visit rock churches, and peek into cave houses. If you feel like it, you can also go for a hike on the opposite hill.

You'll be transferred to Bari for a city tour – stroll along the pedestrian zone, get lost in the narrow streets of the old town, and relax on the sandy Pane e pomodoro beach. In the evening, you'll continue to Monopoli, where you can enjoy the evening atmosphere of the illuminated town.

Take a trip to the neighboring town of Polignano a Mare, which is dramatically perched on a cliff above the sea. Visit the beaches around the town, or take a boat trip and see the town from the water. 

In the morning, you'll take a bus to the fairytale town of Alberobello, where you'll stroll through the historic center made up of small trulli houses. In the afternoon, a well-deserved relaxation awaits you on the beaches in the bays around Monopoli.

You have a transfer to the airport and a flight home. If you have time, go for a cappuccino in Monopoli in the morning or do some shopping during your layover in Bari.
