Landing at Edinburgh Airport, you'll be greeted by a mix of cool air and anticipation for what the next few days will bring. After picking up your car, you'll head towards your accommodation (you'll receive car pick-up information before departure). 

You'll start at one of the most important sites in Scottish history - Bannockburn, where the famous battle took place and where a statue of Robert Bruce stands today. From there, you'll move to Stirling Castle, the coronation site of Mary Queen of Scots, where, in addition to the beautiful gardens and castle walls, you'll be greeted by costumed actors bringing ancient stories to life.

Continuing west, you'll stop at Scotland's largest loch, Loch Lomond, to take your first photos of Scottish nature. A short stop also awaits you at Inveraray Castle. At the end of the day, you will move to accommodation. An ideal place to relax and prepare for further Scottish adventures right in the valley below Ben Nevis.

You will cross to the Glencoe Valley, one of the most beautiful parts of Scotland, full of mountains and breathtaking views. You will stop at the Three Sisters viewpoint and then visit the Glencoe Visitor Centre for a short walk and lunch (perhaps haggis). In the afternoon, you'll head to the iconic Glenfinnan Viaduct, known from Harry Potter, overlooking Loch Shiel. You will end the day in Fort William with dinner, for example at The Great Glen restaurant.

After breakfast, you'll head to the iconic Eilean Donan Castle at the meeting point of three lochs, where you'll explore its exteriors and enjoy views of Loch Duich. Afterwards, you'll move to the Isle of Skye, one of the most beautiful islands in Scotland. You'll stop at the Talisker distillery for a whisky tasting and then drive across the island through the town of Portree to the north, where cliffs, rock formations, and breathtaking scenery await you with frequent photo stops. At the end of the day, a longer transfer to Inverness awaits you.

You'll start with a visit to the Glenmorangie Distillery, where you'll enjoy a guided tour of the whisky-making process, ending with a tasting of two samples. You can also have traditional fish and chips on site. In the afternoon, after a short rest, you'll move to Urquhart Castle on the shore of Loch Ness, which offers beautiful views and a unique, sometimes mysterious atmosphere. You will end the day with dinner in Inverness (e.g. Wetherspoons) and return to your accommodation.

In the morning, you'll have free time in Inverness to stroll through the city center, along the River Ness, or enjoy coffee and some shopping. After lunch, you'll head to the Speyside region, the heart of Scottish whisky. Along the way, you'll briefly stop at a cooperage and the Glenfiddich distillery. If the weather permits, you can detour to Cairngorms National Park and enjoy one of the local treks. The highlight of the day is a visit to the Cardhu distillery, known not only for its location but also for its interesting history. You'll end the evening with relaxation, dinner, and a peaceful atmosphere after a day full of experiences.

After breakfast in Inverness, you'll head south to Balmoral Castle, the British Royal Family's summer and winter residence. You'll explore the extensive gardens, greenhouses and outdoor areas where the Royal Family spends their free time, and take a look at the part of the castle with exhibitions. After lunch at the local bistro, you will continue to the ruins of Dunnottar Castle, dramatically situated on cliffs above the North Sea. Enjoy views of the castle and coastline and take a walk around the area. You will end the day with a transfer to Montrose and dinner at the local Sharkys restaurant.

Start in Montrose at A Cup Above cafe for a traditional Scottish breakfast and tea. Then head to St. Andrews, a historic town known for golf, where you'll visit the cathedral by the sea, castle ruins with coastal views, and stroll around the famous golf course. Finally, arrive in Edinburgh for accommodation and enjoy an evening walk around the city before another day of exploration.

After breakfast in Edinburgh, head to Edinburgh Castle, the city's landmark with a rich history and exhibitions inside. If the weather is good, you can also enjoy views of the entire city. For lunch, you can stop at Gordon Ramsay's Street Burger restaurant. In the afternoon, take a walk along Victoria Street, a colorful street that inspired Diagon Alley from Harry Potter, including a stop at The Elephant House and themed shops. Then visit Greyfriars Kirkyard, a historic cemetery associated with inspiration for names from Harry Potter. End the day by returning to your accommodation and relaxing.

You'll start your last full day with a visit to Holyrood Palace, the British Royal Family's official residence in Scotland, where you can explore the historic rooms and gardens. For lunch, you'll stop at Tuk Tuk Indian Street Food with modern Indian street food-style dishes. Then, you'll take a walk to Dean Village, a quiet and picturesque neighborhood along the Water of Leith. Afterwards, you'll head to Calton Hill, which offers some of the most beautiful views of Edinburgh. You'll end the day with dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe Edinburgh before your departure.
