You're off to one of the smaller Azores islands. If you have some time after your flight, feel free to explore the local harbor, which is full of stories, or grab a drink at the legendary sailor's bar.

The largest mammals on our planet, and in the afternoon you can enjoy a bit of solid ground under your feet again and explore the newest part of the Azores. 

In the sign of views - a huge crater, vineyards, forest and a black volcanic beach with an untamed ocean. It is sometimes hard to believe how much diversity this small Atlantic island offers. In the evening, say goodbye to Faial and let's go explore another island - Pico.

Welcome to Pico Island! Today, your steps will lead you to the center of the island, to the volcano Pico of the same name, and countless volcanic lakes. In the far east of the island, you can look forward to a charming walk through lava fields around the rough ocean. Even just the drive with breathtaking views is an experience in itself. 

Depending on the timing of your flight, you can either further explore the wine culture of Pico Island or start discovering Sao Miguel Island - either the capital city of Ponte Delgada or the magical thermal springs with healing waters. Either way, go for it with gusto!

Today, you'll experience truly kitschy Azorean views, and to finally give your surely tired legs a bit of relief, your travels will take you to some rather unconventional natural hot springs.

The seventh day will be full of diverse places and experiences. In one day, you will alternate between an overgrown jungle, a mystical lake, a tea plantation, and of course, another thermal spring.

The second to last day will be in a volcanic spirit, as you explore the literally smoking town of Furnas.  

On the last day, you can say goodbye to the Azores with a pineapple treat made from local fruit, or buy some last souvenirs in Ponta Delgada.
