Welcome to Kerkyra, the capital of Corfu! Two days await you in this beautiful historic town and today will be a relaxing day. You will check into your accommodation and go exploring the surrounding streets and romantic corners. 

Today, prepare your good shoes because you will be exploring Kerkyra. Kerkyra is a relatively small town, so it won't be too difficult. Moreover, there are a lot of narrow streets and nooks and crannies which are better to discover slowly on your own.

Today you will take a short drive from Kerkyra to the picturesque town of Benitses. Upon arrival, check in to your comfortable apartments and then have a full day to relax. You can enjoy relaxing on one of the beautiful beaches with fine sand and azure sea, or explore the surrounding area where traditional Greek tavernas await you to enjoy local specialties. Benitses is also the ideal place to discover the surrounding countryside and authentic Greek life, which will enchant you with its relaxed atmosphere.

Today you can relax by the sea and take a trip with a beautiful view and a romantic walk. 

The afternoon will be spent on the beach in Moraitica, where there is a beautiful sandy beach. In the afternoon you will take a bus from Benitses to the Pontikonisi viewpoint. 

Achillion, the palace of Empress Sisi is one of the most beautiful historical monuments in Corfu. Today you can visit it, explore the beautiful gardens with ancient statues and enjoy a unique view of the island and the surrounding sea. I recommend you go in the morning before the palace is full of tourists. 

First, take a tour of the magnificent interior with its rich decorations, where elegance and history are in the air. Then you can come out 

to the terraced gardens, where breathtaking statues await you, including the famous Achilles the Victorious. From here you have one of the most beautiful views of the Ionian Sea - perfect for a romantic photo!

Today, you'll transfer back to Kerkyra, where you'll enjoy an unforgettable island tour and great Greek food. It's best to head out in the morning, after checking out of your accommodation, while it's not so warm and you can enjoy the beauty of the island without the heat. Once you have arrived and checked in, you have time for lunch at one of the local tavernas. After lunch, you will head to the Old Harbour where you will board a boat bound for Vido Island. The cruise takes only a few minutes, but once you arrive you'll find yourself in another world - the island is quiet, surrounded by turquoise sea and greenery. You can visit the Serbian military cemetery or enjoy a refreshing swim in the crystal clear water.

You will end the day with a romantic dinner in a traditional Greek taverna, where you will enjoy an unforgettable atmosphere and delicious local specialties.

Your holiday ends today. If you still have time before your flight, I recommend a refreshing Greek iced coffee (frappé) to wake you up and remind you of the wonderful time you had on this magical island. If you're in the mood, take one last dip in the crystal clear sea before heading back.
