I discovered this incredibly beautiful country for the first time last autumn, when I drove around the whole island in 14 days. Autumn in Iceland is such a harsh taste of winter, but you can practically prepare for all seasons, it will snow, it will blow, the sun will shine, just everything. Plus, in October the Northern Lights season is in full swing, I saw the Northern Lights there for the first time in my life last year, and I can say it really is the experience of a lifetime.
