On the first day we will take an evening tour of Reykjavík, the capital of Iceland. We will see the iconic Halgrimskirkja church, walk through the colourful streets to the Atlantic coast, where the beautiful Harpa concert hall is located, as well as the Viking sculpture of the Sun Voyager.

We'll sample Iceland's first gastronomic delicacies, such as the typical Icelandic hot dog, which is served with two types of onion and three different sauces and has been enjoyed by the likes of Bill Clinton and Kim Kardashian.In addition to getting to know each other, we'll also talk about Iceland's history, how they escaped Danish control, how they live in harsh winter conditions, what the locals actually do for a living, and whether there really are Elves in Iceland. 

Today will be about the golden triangle. We will walk through Thingvellir Park, where the world's first democratic parliament was established and two tectonic plates meet. We will then move on to the Geothermal Park, where we will be refreshed by the Stokkur Geyser that splashes every 5 minutes. We won't miss one of Iceland's most powerful waterfalls, Gulfoss, and finish the evening with a dip in the beautiful Hrunalaug hot spring. After checking in, we'll watch the Northern Lights dance as the weather permits.

Today will be about the most beautiful waterfalls in Iceland. We'll start with perhaps the most famous Seljalandsfoss, which you can walk past. Then we'll walk into the canyon's bowels and take a photo at the magnificent Gljúfrabúi waterfall. Our eastward journey will lead to another massive Skogafoss waterfall, with stairs leading underneath, and we will take a beautiful hike along the canyon with more waterfalls. In the evening, we will drive to the oldest swimming pool in Iceland, where Icelandic fishermen learned to swim, and stay in the town of Vík, where we will wait on the black beach for the Northern Lights. 

We start the day with a walk along the iconic black beach of Reynisfjara, from which we then move on to the Cliffs of Dyrhólaey. Around lunchtime, we'll visit the Icelandic Village Museum, where we'll take photos by the typical overgrown houses and walk to the nearby Kvernufoss waterfall. We will then take an easy hike to the warm river, where we will relax in the evening and hopefully enjoy the polar lights. 

Today we will spend today on the Sneafellsnes peninsula, which is also called Iceland in a small way, as you can see all the typical Icelandic attractions in a small area. We'll start with a visit to the shark museum, where we'll sample fermented meat, then move on to the iconic Mount Kirkjufel. Hellissandur is the capital of street art, and a stroll through this oceanside town will make our afternoon more enjoyable. We won't miss the magnificent Arnarstapi Cliffs, and we might even be lucky enough to see seals hanging out on the beach. 

On the last day of our trip, we will stop again in the morning in Reykjavik, the capital of Iceland, to buy some souvenirs. If you feel like it, you can try some typical Icelandic delicacies for lunch, such as puffin bird meat, amazing whale meat, or even such appetizers as eel or lamb steaks. We will end our trip with a perfect relaxation at the Blue lagoon spa. We will then transfer to Keflavik airport and say goodbye to the land of ice and fire, full of experiences.
