Upon arrival, you'll check in and then you can go for an evening stroll through festively decorated Rome. Near the Spanish Steps, you'll find a charming Christmas market, the scent of hot chestnuts, and a sparkling tree. Afterwards, take a walk to Piazza del Popolo with its further festive decorations.

If you feel like continuing, you can visit the popular Trastevere neighborhood, where a lively atmosphere awaits you, Roman street food like supplì or trapizzino, or dinner at an authentic, non-touristy restaurant.

The program is entirely optional – you'll have time for all the experiences the following day as well.

After a hearty breakfast and a taste of Roman delicacies, you'll gather strength for a day of discovery. From your accommodation, you'll head to the most beautiful sights Rome offers for free – and along the way, I'll take you to lesser-known spots ideal for photography, such as Largo Magnanapoli or Parco del Colle Oppio.

Passing the Colosseum, you'll proceed to the Roman Forum, where you'll see the statue of the Roman she-wolf and enjoy the views from the Capitoline Hill. Then you'll head to Piazza Venezia, where another Christmas tree awaits you and you'll ascend to a secret viewpoint near the Victor Emmanuel II monument with a panoramic view of the entire city.

You'll walk through the Jewish Quarter, where you'll see the Theatre of Marcellus and can sample a seasonal specialty – fried artichokes, typical of this area and season. Afterwards, you'll arrive at the magical Christmas markets in Piazza Navona with music, lights, and a festive atmosphere – and you can also visit the church of Sant’Agnese in Agone for free.

You'll cross the Tiber River and reach Castel Sant'Angelo, from where you'll move to St. Peter's Square – with the main Christmas tree, nativity scenes from all over the world, and picturesque markets. Entry to St. Peter's Basilica is free, and if you wish, you can also climb its dome – the view of Rome is definitely worth the effort.

On the third and final day, you'll spend time in the largest Roman park, Villa Borghese, where you can enjoy a peaceful walk around the lake, beautiful views, and the opportunity to take a boat ride.

For those interested, I recommend visiting the popular Christmas World event – a Christmas village with an international atmosphere, where you'll find 40 shops inspired by London's Portobello Road, excellent street food, and stalls of well-known brands. The entrance fee is €15.

Of course, it's entirely up to you whether you choose the village, a boat ride, or prefer to explore other corners of the Eternal City on your own.

Depending on your flight time, we will transfer together to the train from Termini station to Fiumicino airport.
