Arrival to Roma - FCO airport, transfer to hotel, check in and walk around the area.

First, we will walk through the district, which contains many important churches, but also a bunch of small romantic churches. Then we'll head to a series of important Roman monuments from the ancient period. And since we're on holiday in Rome, we can't miss the Mound of Truth, where the famous film starring Aundrey Hepburn was shot. Then we'll cross the Tiber Island to the most romantic district in Rome, the Trastevere district. We end the day with a sunset on Rome's beautiful Aventino hill.

Today we will take a day trip to the town of Tivoli, where we will see the ancient summer residence of Emperor Hadrian, a cascading waterfall, the local cathedral and Villa d'Este, considered by many to be the most beautiful park in the world. And to make matters worse, Tivoli's unique views of the surrounding area add to its beauty.

We start the day at the Capitol, where we explore the beautiful square and enjoy panoramic views of the Forum Romanum. From here we will make our way to the imposing monument of Vittorio Emmanuele, which impresses with its size and white marble. We continue along the bustling Via del Corso, lined with all kinds of shops, and head for the Trevi Fountain. We then head to Piazza di Spagna, where we see the world-famous Spanish Steps, where we take a short break to enjoy the atmosphere. Afterwards, a visit to Villa Medici with its elegant gardens is possible. Next, we will head to the Villa Borgese Park, and if we have time, we can also visit the local art gallery. We'll end the day in Piazza del Popolo, where we'll enjoy the sunset over the Eternal City. 

Today you will leave Rome and head back home. Transportation to Rome Fiumicino Airport is the same as on arrival. So I recommend taking the Metro Manzoni, which will take you to Termini station, where you will change to a bus that will take you to the airport. The bus stop is in front of Termini station.
