The fourth day is full of harmony, relaxation and shared experiences. We begin with morning yoga from 7:30 to 8:30am to tune our bodies and minds for a day of peace and energy. During the day, you can then relax by the pool and on the beach, where you can soak in the refreshing sea air and recharge your batteries for more activities. In the evening, we will return to our yoga practices from 5:00pm to 6:00pm to focus on relaxing and deepening our body and breathing work. We will then dive into a relaxing meditation from 6:00pm to 7:00pm to help us relax our minds and prepare for the evening's activities together. From 19:30 to 22:00 we will meet for dinner together in Denia at Els Magazinos, where we will enjoy a time of great food, good company and the authentic atmosphere of the Spanish streets. The fourth day is an opportunity to fill our bodies, minds and also our stomachs with exciting taste adventures.

Walking down this alley is like wandering around a world of flavours, where you can sample specialities from different corners of the planet. The fifth day is full of harmony and connection with nature. From 7:30 to 8:30 we start with morning yoga to
recharge our energy and tune in to a day of well-being and peace. During the day you can enjoy free time, go
take a walk on the beach, bask in the warm Spanish sun by the pool or relax by
whatever is closest to your heart. In the evening, we'll meet again, from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m., for an evening yoga class, this time
at sunset. The setting sun provides a unique experience of connecting with nature, yourself and
with the beauty of the surroundings. In this connection, we will immerse ourselves in a relaxing meditation from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm and completely
we will surrender to a calm mind, a relaxed body and the touch of our heart.
The fifth day is an opportunity to deepen our connection with nature and tune into the frequency of health,
harmony and peace.

The sixth day is dedicated to total relaxation. From 7:30 to 8:30 we start with morning yoga to open
mind and heart for the new day. During the day, you will then indulge in relaxation by the pool and on the beach where you can
immerse yourself in the calm and refreshing air of the seashore. In the evening, from 17:00 to 18:00, again
experience an evening yoga class at sunset. This experience will provide us with a magical bonding experience
with the forces of nature, enhanced from 6:00pm to 7:00pm with a Pranayama breathing exercise followed by a Lucia.
Pranayama is a yoga technique focused on working with the breath, promoting healthy energy flow in the
body.
On the seventh day we will allow time for individual activities and rest. This day is reserved for your personal needs such as souvenir shopping, a walk around town, or simply relaxing and unwinding by the sea. It is a time to enjoy a quiet and free day to allow time for yourself and to explore the surroundings. Whatever activity you choose, this is your time to fulfil and enjoy the last day of your stay.
