The Salza is nicknamed the teacher's river. It is the ideal water for first contact with wild water. It has a lot to forgive and even more to teach. There will be paddler training, try a rescue with a throwing boat, learn how to behave in the water and how to respect the water.

- You can be transported to the venue by our CoolCar. We leave from Ostrava, via Olomouc, Brno and Mikulov and have 6-7 seats available. (+ 1 000 CZK)
- You can take your own car and arrive on your own or give other participants a ride. In this case you have to count on crossings within the rafting days. To the start of the rafting, to the finish and back to the campsite.
Accommodation:
Accommodation is ideally provided by each person in their own tent at the newly built campsite near Palfau. The campsite has electric hook-ups, sanitary facilities, a kitchen with a fridge and a two-burner stove, showers and views of the surrounding majestic mountains.
We are happy to lend our tents (we have large tents available for 3 people).
Catering:
Meals are entirely up to you. We take the burner, the sausages, the preserves and enjoy the opportunity to step out of our comfort zone. In the evening we roast marshmallows around the campfire, sip wine and beer. On Saturday, after the convention, we might pop into the restaurant next door for a late lunch/dinner.
On Friday after work, you just get in the car or hop in the CoolKara and the weekend adventure begins! CoolKara can pick you up on the way - Ostrava (usually at 3:30 p.m.), Olomouc, Brno, Mikulov - let us know and we'll stop by! The journey from Ostrava usually takes 5-6 hours.
We'll arrive at the camp late in the evening, but no stress - whoever arrives early will find the CoolCamp sign, throw the tent on the site, roast some marshmallows by the fire or grab a bite to eat at a nearby pub. When we all meet up, we'll have a get-to-know-you chat and tune in for a weekend of water, laughter and fun.
In the morning, you will have a beautiful view of the landscape, which only last night remained shrouded in darkness. We'll start with a proper breakfast, divide up our material and get into the cars. Some will ride with us in the van and others will split up in their cars and follow us to the start.
The first day on the water will be all about getting acquainted with the river. We will test what temperature it is, learn how to hold a paddle properly and try what to do if the river capsizes. At Wildalpen, we'll play on the sports rapids and enjoy a good dose of adrenaline. In the evening we'll have a relaxed atmosphere at the campsite, relax and chat.

After an eventful day, we get into our cars around 4 or 5 o'clock and slowly make our way back home. Our CoolCar will arrive in Brno around 19:00-20:00, in Olomouc between 20:00-21:00 and in Ostrava around 22:00-24:00. All right, with smiles and memories of a great weekend!
