The first day is mostly for traveling and relaxing. It's meant for getting to the southeastern town of Orosei, which brings you closer to the most beautiful coast of Sardinia.

After a long day of travel, treat yourself to some well-deserved rest while setting the stage for your next adventure. After a hearty breakfast, head off to book your boat to secure your spot for the following day. Then, head to a beautiful local beach where you'll be enchanted by a unique contrast—the endless ocean on one side and a calm saltwater inlet just a few meters away. Wrap up the day with a pleasant atmosphere and a delicious dinner in the charming town of Orosei.

It depends on which company and departure time you choose. We opted for an 8:30 departure from the port. We recommend packing plenty of water, food, and sunscreen in your day bag, as you'll spend the whole day on the boat, and there are almost no food options available at any of the beaches. During the cruise, you'll visit some of the most beautiful Sardinian beaches that are otherwise very difficult (if not impossible) to access. These include: Cala Mariolu, Cala Goloritzé, or Cala Luna (and others). In addition to beach stops, the trip also includes swimming stops directly from the anchored boat. We returned from the cruise around 5:30 PM, so we left the evening free again for a delicious dinner and some relaxation.

Head to one of Sardinia's most iconic spots—the famous La Pelosa beach. You'll spend most of the day here, fully soaking up some unforgettable relaxation in a place that looks just like a postcard. The turquoise sea, white sand, and views of the historic Torre della Pelosa create a spot you'll never forget from your holiday. After a day full of sun and swimming, you'll head in the evening to the port town of Porto San Paolo, which will be your base for the next few days and offers a great atmosphere for evening unwinding.

You'll start your morning in the charming mountain town of San Pantaleo. If you plan your visit for a Thursday, you'll experience the unique atmosphere of the traditional morning market. In the afternoon, it'll be time to swap mountain scenery for the coast and spend the rest of the day at your final beach stop: Cala Brandinchi. You'll wrap up your six-day road trip in style with an excellent dinner at a nearby restaurant, offering a diverse menu and great value for money.

Depending on your flight time, you can use your last day to explore Olbia, the fourth-largest city in Sardinia. As it is an important port city, we definitely recommend a walk along the waterfront, which you can easily reach from the historic center via a pleasant pedestrian zone. In addition to the harbor, you'll be charmed by the narrow streets, cafes, and one last dose of authentic Sardinian atmosphere before you fly out.
