Tenerife, the largest of the Canary Islands, is a place where wild nature meets the comfort of a tropical paradise. You'll encounter contrasts and pleasant surprises at every turn: stroll through the lunar landscape of Teide National Park, taste banana delicacies directly on local plantations, immerse yourself in the crystal-clear waters of the ocean, and with a little luck, spot dolphins or whales in their natural habitat. If you like to contribute to a rescue station, there is Loro Parque. You have to experience it.

This definitely isn't my last visit to Tenerife or the Canary Islands. I'm already tracing the map with my finger, looking for interesting spots on Lanzarote and the island of La Graciosa. The experiences from this tropical paradise have etched themselves deep into my heart. I know I want to explore the island more, from different angles, and one visit just isn't enough. I can recommend this location for all possible age groups. We were there with children, and the boys were extremely enthusiastic.
