Today you will explore the historic center of Rome, discover its charm, get lost in its picturesque streets, admire its impressive architecture, enjoy delicious Italian food and soak up the local atmosphere. You will also visit the Doria Pamphilj Gallery. Rome is the perfect embodiment of art, history and great food.

Transportation 

In Rome, I recommend only and solely walking. You can walk everywhere, everything is close by, and it's also a shame to move around Rome underground when it's such a beautiful and magical city where it's worth getting lost in the streets. Keep in mind that you will be walking a lot, I recommend wearing sturdy shoes and in the warm months having a head covering and plenty of fluids with you. In case of emergency, you can also use city scooters. 

Today you'll embark on a circular route through places brimming with art and history, encountering the most significant works of Renaissance and Baroque art. You'll begin in the Vatican, then move on to Piazza del Popolo, visit the Borghese Gallery, the Spanish Steps, and several important churches.
