Day 1
Upon arrival at the southern airport, you will transfer to El Médano, a surfer town with a relaxed atmosphere that will win you over at first sight. You will check in, breathe in the salty ocean air and take an evening stroll along the long Playa de El Médano beach, where you will be greeted by a view of the majestic Montaña Roja. The promenade will lead you past surf bars, cafes and small shops to the town center, which, despite the tourist influx, has retained its calm and natural character. An ideal place for the first stop, to relax and slowly slip into the Canarian pace.
Day 2
Early in the morning you will leave El Médano and head northwest of the island, where the landscape dramatically changes. A drive along the winding roads of the Teno mountains awaits you, with breathtaking views that you will enjoy at several stops. This includes the iconic panorama of the village of Masca, one of the most photogenic places in Tenerife. Once you overcome the mountain ridges, you will take your backpacks and set off on your first trek; beautiful raw nature, narrow paths, and a silence that will sink into your skin await you.
Day 3
In the morning, you'll head west to the very edge of the island to the Punta de Teno lighthouse, where breathtaking views of the Los Gigantes cliffs and La Gomera island will open up before you. Then you'll stop in historic Garachico, a city born from lava, with charming streets and natural swimming pools. If time permits, you can refresh yourself in the hidden Charco de La Laja and end the day in Icod de Los Vinos, where the legendary Drago Milenario and the atmosphere of a peaceful Canary evening await you.
