Your journey is just beginning; relax at your accommodation after a long flight or explore the breathtaking city of Bangkok. The next day, you'll head to your final destination.

Today you'll be traveling from Bangkok to the island of Koh Chang for your first swim on a beautiful beach. 

Take a trip to the waterfall that leads through the jungle. You'll enjoy stunning views from the lookout near Kae Bae and explore the beautiful beaches of the west coast. The easiest way to get around the island is by Songthaew taxis, which are on every corner.

Today you can head back to the beach that captivated you the most yesterday, or take on the challenge of trekking to the highest point of Koh Chang. An adventurous journey through the jungle awaits, with stunning views and a dip in a refreshing pond at the end of the hike. And if you're lucky, you might encounter some wildlife, including monkeys and exotic birds.

After breakfast, take a taxi ride to the south of the island, which is a rather quieter destination, and you'll get a different feel for the island.  

Head over to the mangrove forest in the southwest of the island and take a walk through the pristine nature of this unique ecosystem. This captivating nature reserve offers a peaceful escape from the tourist spots. The entire loop takes about 2 hours, and you'll be walking along a red bridge through the mangrove forests, enjoying the beautiful greenery and the sounds of nature all around you. 

You are halfway through your journey, but the best is yet to come. At 9 AM, you'll head to Koh Kood. A taxi will pick you up at your hotel and take you to Bang Bao pier. The trip takes 1.5 hours. We recommend buying your speedboat ticket at least 2 days in advance.

If you love nature and want to experience the quiet beauty of Koh Kood, the Klong Chao and Klong Yai Kee waterfalls are the perfect place for it. Cool off in the refreshing freshwater and enjoy the peace in the middle of the wild jungle. Have fun like a little kid jumping into the pool from a rope tied to a massive tree and enjoy the shade provided by the surrounding trees.

Want to explore some beaches? Head over to the most beautiful beaches on Koh Kood island. Rent some snorkeling gear and dive into the crystal-clear ocean waters.

Another beautiful spot is a waterfall hidden deep in the jungle, which you can easily reach by scooter. Ride slowly, no need to rush. Listen to the sounds of the jungle and enjoy the adventure that awaits you. Your reward will be this unique waterfall.

Today you can head over to the fishing village of Ao Salad. Soak up the unique atmosphere and see how the locals, especially the fishermen, live. The highlight of the place is a large golden Buddha statue as well as the pier of the same name, from where you will return back to Bangkok. Don't hesitate to visit the viewpoint, from which you'll have the whole village and bay in the palm of your hand. Another activity you can try is kayaking through the mangrove forests, which costs about 200 baht and is a fun experience as you glide along the river lined with dense mangroves. 

Keep today for yourself and just relax. Enjoy the peace and quiet, have a good meal, and soak up the ocean. It's entirely up to you how you want to spend it. You can visit the beach you liked the most, explore the island on a scooter, go diving, get a final tan, enjoy some local treats, and have a nice drink during the last sunset.

Head back to Bangkok, where you can visit anything you missed, and then head home the next day.
