You can easily and directly get from Schiphol Airport to Keukenhof by taking the Keukenhof Express bus 858. After arrival, head to Schiphol Plaza, where you will find the marked bus stop platform B16/B. The buses run approximately every 10 minutes during the tulip season (from March 20 to May 11) and take you non-stop directly to the park entrance in about 30 minutes.
Inside Keukenhof, you can enjoy a peaceful ride on a Whisper Boat, an electric boat, among the flower fields. The ride takes about 45 minutes, costs €10 for adults, €5 for children, and departs from the windmill in the park.
Advance booking is recommended due to limited capacity; you can easily book online on the official Keukenhof website. Tickets are sometimes available on-site, but not always guaranteed.
If you visit Keukenhof outside the main flower season, don't despair – you can still visit Kasteel Keukenhof, a historic castle located right next to the famous park. To get back to the center of Amsterdam, take the same bus to the airport and transfer to Intercity direct 1869 Amersfoort Schothorst (more info: https://www.ns.nl). Get off at Duivendrecht, where you transfer to bus number 54 (or any direction to the center) and get off at Waterlooplein, for example.

The fastest way to get to the airport from the city center is by train from Amsterdam Centraal. Trains depart every few minutes and the journey takes about 15–20 minutes. Tickets can be purchased from a vending machine at the station or online via the NS app. Alternatively, you can take Bolt, Uber, or a taxi, but the journey can take much longer during rush hour.
We recommend arriving at Schiphol Airport at least 3 hours before your departure. Queues for security checks, baggage check-in, or passport control can be longer, it's better to wait calmly at the gate than nervously in a queue.
