Exercise, eat, explore!
Or fit Spain vol.2! Last time we had a great workout, explored beautiful Andalusia and drank some sangria too. Head to Malaga in November to warm up with me and coach Kačka. Unlike in the Czech Republic, it will still be a beautiful 20+ degrees there. Kačka has prepared a great training plan, we will also go on a trek to Caminito del Rey, occasionally run along the coast or swim in a heated pool. You'll come home fit, rested and clear-headed! It doesn't matter if you're a fitness buff or just starting out, Kačka will modify the workouts and exercises so that everyone can do them.
I'll take care of everything else and be your travel buddy. You'll not only get to know the city of Malaga, we'll take in the sights, enjoy Spanish wine and tapas, and most importantly, have fun.
The programme is subject to change depending on weather, mood and muscle strain.
