After arrival we will be met by a transfer to the hotel. After settling in, we will head out for dinner together.

In addition to Sultanahmed Square, there is also the obelisk of Theodosius, which is the oldest ancient building in Istanbul.

The Sultan Ahmet Mosque, also nicknamed the Blue Mosque, takes its name from its rich interior decoration of blue tiles. It is one of the UNESCO monuments and is one of the most visited stops by admirers of Instanbul. It represents a beautiful example of Ottoman architecture that is not to be missed.

A few steps away from the Blue Mosque is another Unesco monument, Hagia Sophia. You may also know it as the God's Temple of Divine Wisdom, which has historically gone through various functions. Hagia Sophia was once the largest Christian temple, was also a museum and is now a Muslim mosque. However, a visit is open to all and we certainly won't miss it.

After a tour of Hagia Sophia, the breathtaking Underground World of Istanbul awaits us. Together we will penetrate the magical underground that once served as a reservoir of drinking water. We will be surrounded by a unique space with 336 marble columns that are 9 meters high. The Basilica of Cisterns is the largest enclosed cistern in the city and we will experience firsthand its indescribable atmosphere.

The Marble Arch was the null point in the Byzantine Empire, from which all distances to other cities of the empire were measured. One block of the original arch is still preserved. Maps were once based on this point and until 1884 it was considered the zero meridian. It was replaced by the Greenwich.

A visit to the oldest and largest enclosed bazaar in the world is not to be missed. The Bazaar will make you feel like you are in a world of your own. We'll enjoy wandering through 4000 shops in an area of 61 aisles that offer unprecedented variety. Gold, carpets, antiques, Turkish delicacies and much more can be found right here. Another of the important mosques we will visit is the Suleiman Mosque. The complex includes, for example, the tomb where Sultan Suleiman I and his family are buried. The most important architect from the Ottoman Empire, Sinan, who designed this mosque  also has a tomb in this complex. Close to the mosque, we also get a beautiful view of Istanbul.

The Topkapi palace complex consists of several buildings and courtyards. For example, the harem and the spa are also part of the vast complex. We will learn a lot about the life of the Sultan and his surroundings.

The Railway Museum is part of the historic Sirkeci Station, which was the last station of the legendary Orient Express. The museum has hundreds of objects in its collection, such as a silver dining set from the Orient Express, which we will be able to admire.

The Galata Bridge connects the historic part of Istanbul with the rest of the city and crosses over the bay called the Golden Horn. The bridge has 2 floors, with a road at the top. At the bottom is a promenade for pedestrians, lined with restaurants. We will walk along the promenade to the district called Galata. However, before we get mesmerized by the views from the Galata Tower, we are in for a short ride on the 2nd oldest metro in the world.

One of the most famous symbols of Istanbul is definitely the Galata Tower, which is the oldest tower in the whole city. Together we will discover not only the history of the tower, but also the unforgettable views that await us at the top of the tower. The 360-degree view will offer us views of different parts of the city. In addition to the views from the tower, we will also admire the tower itself several times, either while looking down from the ice or during the popular view from the adjacent street.

London has Oxford Street, New York has 5. Avenue and Istanbul has Istiklal Caddesi. The popular bustling street is full of shops, restaurants, bars, and also places that will be our stops such as the Flower Passage. The  Red Retro Electric also runs along this street, which you will only see here.

Just before arriving at the end of Istiklal Caddesi shopping street, we stop for a little sweet SURPRISE. We will then proceed to Taksim Square, which is referred to as the heart of modern Istanbul. The square is home to the Monument of the Republic, which commemorates the founding of the Republic of Turkey and is the site of important celebrations in the city during the holidays.

The sea gate of Istanbul is a port for cruise ships on a 1.2 km long coastline. Galataport Istanbul is designed to serve 3 ships and up to 15,000 passengers per day. The port is set to become the city's new gastronomic district, already home to hundreds of restaurants and shops. It is also a part of the city full of art and cultural events. The oldest building on the pier is the Parcel Post Office, which is one of Galataport's iconic symbols and brings the city's traditional shopping culture to life. It once served as a passenger terminal, customs office, warehouse, hospital or parcel post.

The palace served as the residence of the sultans and was also the residence of the 1st Turkish president Ataturk, who died here. The palace has served as a museum since 1984. The entire palace, with an area of 14,595 m2, has 285 rooms, 44 halls, 68 toilets, 6 Turkish baths and is the largest palace in Turkey.

On the European shore of the Bosphorus lies the cosmopolitan Ortaköy district, characterised by its eponymous mosque. On the waterfront, we get a panoramic view of the mosque, the Bosphorus Strait and the long Bosphorus Suspension Bridge. The Ortaköy Mosque amazes us with its baroque architecture and interior of pink, blue and white marble. We will then enjoy a traditional krumpir while taking in the impressive views that Istanbul has to offer.
