On arrival, pick up your car at the airport and set off for your accommodation in the Dolomites. There is no toll in Italy - tolls are only paid on the basis of actual kilometres driven, directly at the toll gates.

I recommend spending the first day exploring as many slopes as possible. This way, you'll quickly find your favorite routes, which you'll be happy to return to in the following days. We personally loved blue slope No. 34 – it's wide, clear, and suitable for both beginners and advanced skiers who want to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing ride.

Tip: I recommend downloading the official area map from the Alta Badia website, which you will always have at hand on your mobile phone. I personally referred to this map very often – it's clear and really practical.

Today's day has no fixed agenda. You can return to your favourite slopes or explore new parts of Alta Badia. The resort offers a wide range of options - from easy-going blue runs to sportier sections for more experienced skiers. It's up to you how you structure your day.

You can find a map of the Sella Ronda circuit here. Personally, I prefer the orange version, which runs clockwise - it offers smoother crossings and, in my opinion, better descents.

I recommend starting as early in the morning as possible. You will have plenty of time to enjoy the route without stress - perhaps stopping at a ski slope that catches your eye, or having a coffee with a view in one of the mountain huts along the way.

The Sella Ronda encircles the entire massif, so you get constantly changing views - each section offers a different view of the Dolomites, making the whole circuit a visual and skiing experience.

⏱️ The entire circuit can be completed by a more experienced skier in around 4 hours of pure ski time, but if you want to enjoy it to the full, be sure to set aside a full day.

Today, enjoy today to the fullest. I recommend returning to the slopes that suited you best during the week - whether it was the easy blue runs, the challenges like the Gran Risa or the long runs with beautiful views. Now is the perfect time to take it easy, just for fun.

If you feel like finishing your trip in spectacular fashion, you can head out again on the Sella Ronda circuit - ideally in good weather and early in the morning so you have plenty of space and energy for the day.

Don't forget to enjoy one more bombardino and the last views of the Dolomites on the way.
