Reynisfjara Beach

In the morning, right after breakfast, we head to Reynisfjara black sand beach. Before the crowds of tourists arrive, we will have this amazing beach almost to ourselves.


It is perhaps the most famous and dangerous beach on Iceland🇮🇸 ⚠️. Reynisfjara is famous for its tricky "Sneaker Waves" 🌊, dangerous waves that can quickly creep up on the shore without warning. It is also one of the most photographed places thanks to its black volcanic beach and impressive basalt columns. The highest rock spire is 66 m high. The formations are also known as Troll Rocks🧌.

Katla Ice Cave

We will have the opportunity to explore a natural ice cave beneath the Katla volcano ❄️🧊 with an experienced guide (weather permitting—this is not included in the price and lasts about 3 hours). The guide will provide transportation, helmets, and crampons, and will ensure access to the cave. The main activity in the Rainbow Mountains 🌈 of Landmannalaugar, which are formed by colorful obsidian and rhyolite peaks, is hiking through this idyllic landscape. One of the most popular treks 🥾 in Iceland takes us to the summit of Bláhnúkur, which stands at 945 meters and offers stunning views of the entire Landmannalaugar region. The trail involves a significant elevation gain but is manageable for any reasonably fit person, with no dangerous sections. The hike is approximately 6.5 km (about 3 hours) long.


All marked trails begin at the large Landmannalaugar campsite, which features public restrooms, a small shop, and parking facilities. For those who prefer not to hike, you can wait here or take a shorter walk around the Laugahraun lava field. The main activity in the Rainbow Mountains 🌈 of Landmannalaugar, which are formed by colorful obsidian and rhyolite peaks, is hiking through this idyllic landscape. One of the most popular treks 🥾 in Iceland takes us to the summit of Bláhnúkur, which stands at 945 meters and offers stunning views of the entire Landmannalaugar region. The trail involves a significant elevation gain but is manageable for any reasonably fit person, with no dangerous sections. The hike is approximately 6.5 km (about 3 hours) long.


All marked trails begin at the large Landmannalaugar campsite, which features public restrooms, a small shop, and parking facilities. For those who prefer not to hike, you can wait here or take a shorter walk around the Laugahraun lava field. In the morning, right after breakfast, we head to Reynisfjara black sand beach. Before the crowds of tourists arrive, we will have this amazing beach almost to ourselves.


It is perhaps the most famous and dangerous beach on Iceland🇮🇸 ⚠️. Reynisfjara is famous for its tricky "Sneaker Waves" 🌊, dangerous waves that can quickly creep up on the shore without warning. Reynisfjara Beach

In the morning, right after breakfast, we head to Reynisfjara black sand beach. Before the crowds of tourists arrive, we will have this amazing beach almost to ourselves.


It is perhaps the most famous and dangerous beach on Iceland🇮🇸 ⚠️. Reynisfjara is famous for its tricky "Sneaker Waves" 🌊, dangerous waves that can quickly creep up on the shore without warning.
