Vila Terazije s výhledem na náměstí Terazije se nachází v budově kulturního dědictví v centru Bělehradu. Nabízí bezplatné Wi-Fi, klimatizaci a TV s plochou obrazovkou ve všech pokojích a nově vymalované koupelny. Snídaně se podává pouze na pokojích.

Díky své centrální poloze je Vila Terazije velmi blízko všech kulturních a zábavních podniků ve městě, stejně jako radnice a několika ambasád.

Slavný park a pevnost Kalemegdan, stejně jako hlavní pěší zóna s mnoha nákupními zařízeními jsou od vily Terazije vzdálené pouhých 500 metrů. Náměstí Republiky je vzdálené 200 metrů.

Vila Terazije stojí 600 metrů od autobusového a vlakového nádraží. Přístavní molo je vzdálené 550 metrů. Bělehradské letiště je vzdálené asi 20 km a za příplatek je k dispozici doprava na letiště.
