No matter if you are beginner or advanced surfer, we have a pro approach and a rich program for everyone (for advanced surfers we also offer individual lessons).All surf equipment is included and SLIDE SURFSKATES are also available for all participants to improve their skills. Our house is located 200 metres from Pointe d'Imessouane beach and 400 metres from La Cathedrale spot, so there is no need to commute to see the waves.
In addition to surfing, you will also enjoytours of Morocco, home-cooking and much more at the campsite. Every morning we will prepare for you a fresh breakfast and the famous Moroccan tea, a symbol of the local hospitality, traditions and culture. You can also enjoy traditional Moroccan dinners where you can taste the national dish of tajine, couscous or fish caught near our village.
Transfer from Agadir to Imsouane - A taxi will be waiting for you at the airport in Agadir to take you to the village of Imsouane, 80 km away. You will have a pleasant drive along the Atlantic coast, which takes about an hour and a half. Along the way, you will pass through the famous surf town of Taghazout with its famous surf spots of Anchor Point, Devil's rock and Bananas beach before continuing further north.
After arriving at our surfhouse Mamaafrica.surf, we will get acquainted together and discuss the plan for the coming days. Mamaafrica.surf offers you complete facilities - each floor has a fully equipped kitchen, fridge and bathroom with toilet, lounge seating inside and outside and a rooftop terrace overlooking the ocean. Of course, WIFI is available, as well as a printer and a work corner with a PC for handling emails.
Familiarizing yourself with the location - Imsouane is a slightly isolated but renowned fishing village, which was popular with Winston Churchill thanks to fishing. You will find a quiet surfing atmosphere without the onslaught of tourists, several cafes and restaurants, and the most beautiful sunsets overlooking world-class waves.
In the afternoon, we will have a wave check at the surf spots Pointe d'Imessouane and La Cathedrale, split into groups and a theory to surfing lesson, which you will soon try out at 1st lesson in the water.
Teaching will be taken care of by Martin and local instructors who speak English and French. For those who do not speak either of these languages, Czech support will be available.

Take your boards and head out for a trip to the sand dunes, locally known as the "fake Sahara", where you can try your hand at dune surfing. We'll fool around until sunset, because this place where giant sand dunes meet the ocean offers breathtaking panoramas. It would be a sin not to see the sunset here.
After sunset, sit and chat by the fire and enjoy the sky dotted with millions of stars.
On the way to Essaouira, you will see goats grazing on trees (they are eating the argan trees that are used to make Moroccan gold - the famous argan oil).This picture is typical of the area around Essaouira, as you hardly see argan trees anywhere else in Morocco.
