From the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building, you'll enjoy views of the city, and if it's clear, you'll also catch a glimpse of Mount Fuji - Japan's majestic landmark.

Then you'll visit Meiji Shrine, a tranquil place in the middle of the big city, surrounded by beautiful gardens and a strong spiritual atmosphere.

You'll end the day at the legendary Shibuya Crossroads. The human stream, neon screens and the statue of the faithful Hachiko will offer you a typical Tokyo experience.

On the second day you will enjoy the cultural and historical part of Tokyo. You'll start in Ueno Park - you'll find the zoological and botanical gardens and a number of museums.

You'll then head to Sensō-ji Temple, the oldest temple in Tokyo. Along the way, you'll be engulfed by the bustling Nakamise Street full of souvenirs and traditional delicacies.

In the afternoon, ascend the Tokyo Skytree, the tallest building in Japan, for a breathtaking view of the entire city.

At the end of the day, you'll visit Akihabara - a hub of electronics, anime and pop culture. The perfect place to immerse yourself in a world that fascinates the world.

On the third day, you'll head to the historic town of Kamakura, just outside Tokyo. Temples, shrines and the coastline overlooking the ocean await you.

You'll visit Kōtoku-in Temple with its giant bronze Buddha statue - over 13 metres high. You will then head to Hase-dera Temple, famous for its statue of the goddess Kannon and beautiful gardens.

You'll also experience a spiritual atmosphere at Tsurugaoka Hachimangū Shrine, Kamakura's most important pilgrimage site.

In the afternoon, relax by the sea - take a walk on the beach, breathe in the salt air, or just enjoy a moment of peace.

In the evening, return to Tokyo for a well-deserved dinner at a local restaurant.

You will begin the fourth day by paying homage to the 47 ronin at Sengakuji Temple. You will walk through its tranquil gardens and learn the famous story of samurai loyalty.

You will then stroll around the Imperial Palace and public gardens - an oasis of tranquillity in the middle of Tokyo.

In the afternoon, you'll board the Shinkansen and head to Kanazawa. The high-speed train is an experience in itself and offers a glimpse of Japan's changing landscape.

On arrival, check in and enjoy your first impressions of Kanazawa in the evening - as you stroll through the historic centre with its traditional architecture and charming streets.

You will spend the fifth day in Kanazawa, a city rich in history and traditional atmosphere. You'll start at Kanazawa Castle - walk through the grounds and enjoy views of the city from the towers.

Next you'll visit the famous Kenroku-en Gardens, one of the most beautiful in Japan. Soothing paths, ponds and the perfect harmony of nature will put you in the mood for a relaxing day.

In the afternoon, visit Omicho Market - the perfect place to sample local specialties and buy small souvenirs.

You'll end the day in the Higashi Chaya district, where you'll enjoy the atmosphere of old Japan and a touch of the geisha world.

On the sixth day you will immerse yourself in the world of samurai and ninjas. You'll start at Myōryūji Shrine, known as the "ninja temple" - with secret passages and traps that will introduce you to ninjutsu techniques.

You'll then visit the Nomura House, where you'll see the traditional interiors of a samurai household, a landscaped garden and learn more about the life of the samurai and their code.

Your ninth day begins with a visit to the famous Fushimi Inari Shrine with its thousands of red torii gates winding down the slopes of Mount Inari. Walk through their silent tunnel and soak up the spiritual atmosphere of one of the most symbolic places in Japan.

Then you'll head to the Imperial Palace, the seat of the Japanese emperor, and stroll through vast gardens filled with serenity and majestic architecture.

In the afternoon, explore Nijo Castle, an imposing 17th-century fortress and UNESCO World Heritage Site. Here, you'll be treated to "nightingale floors" that emit the notes of birdsong with every step.

In the evening, you'll head to Nishiki Market, the beating heart of Kyoto's gastronomy. Among stalls full of fresh produce and traditional Japanese specialties, you'll savor gourmet treasures and soak up the lively atmosphere.

You will spend your eleventh day in vibrant Osaka. You will start the morning with a visit to the iconic Osaka Castle overlooking the city.
