Arrival at Sevilla Airport. You rent a car and head to the accommodation. For a good dinner, you'll get your first taste of Spain.

Walking tour Seville with Giralda and Alcázar. Start your first day in Spain with a walking tour of Sevilla, visiting the Cathedral/Giralda and Alcázar of Seville. The ancient cobblestone streets of Sevilla tell a story, and with your guide, you will walk its streets and learn about the capital of Andalusia.

In the evening, transfer to Torre del Oro. You will enjoy a sunset cruise along the Guadalquivir River, the only navigable River in Spain, before capping off the day with a cocktail.

Visit the market to purchase the ingredients + Cooking class (typical Andalusian menu) + lunch with amazing views of the Cathedral and Giralda.

Rest of the day at leisure just to relax or discover Sevilla with the tourleader. Don't miss Triana or Santa Cruz Quarter!

Today you will say goodbye to Sevilla and head out for our next stop - Granada. Along the way, stop in Córdoba, for a tour of the city including Mosque and visit of an olive oil farm on the way. One of Andalucia’s most fascinating cities, Córdoba stands out thanks to its interesting mix of Roman, Moorish, and Spanish cultures. One of the world's greatest works of Islamic architecture, the Mezquita of Córdoba tells the long history of Andalucia.

Continue to Granada with stop in an Olive Oil Farm. Spain produces the most olive oil in the world and the tree is central to Spanish cuisine and culture. Tour an olive oil farm and learn about the process of producing olive oil and sample some local olives.

On your first day in Granada, you will visit the Alhambra.

Alhambra is one of the most famous monuments of Islamic architecture and one of the best-preserved palaces in the historic Islamic world while containing many notable examples of Spanish Renaissance architecture. Generalife Gardens, originally used as a summer palace and country estate of the location’s rulers, you can now stroll the cypress tree-lined courtyards.

After this visit, time at leisure for lunch. In the afternoon, your tour leader will take you to stroll around the Sacromonte and the Albayzín neighbourhoods, ones with more character in Andalucía. Visit the famous San Nicolas Viewpoint!

Today you have the morning at leisure just to relax or discover Granada with the tourleader. Walk through the most beautiful streets of the city. Enjoy the most spectacular corners of Granada and some special places like the Cathedral or the Alcaicería. In the evening, Tapas Dinner.

On your way to Malaga, make a stop in Ronda.  As you travel over the mountains, we will reach Ronda which is famous throughout Spain for its gaping river gorge with a sheer drop of 360 feet which separates the medieval from the 18th Century parts of town. Ronda is divided into three areas: the city or old Arab medina, which is the most important from a historical point of view, the San Francisco neighborhood, separated by the Walls, and the Mercadillo neighborhood. Continue to Málaga.

In the afternoon, short walking panoramic tour of Málaga. Learn the history of the theatre before moving on to the best-preserved Alcazaba in Spain and enjoy the views of the city from Gibralfaro Castle!

Discover these two pinturesque villages of Andalusia: Frigiliana has a rich history going back as far as Phoenician, Roman, and Moorish times. Short stop for light tapas at a local Tavern. Nerja is bright town on the Málaga coast which has a beautiful sea front formed by beaches, coves and cliffs. Its historic quarter has fine examples of popular architecture, with lovely walks and emblematic spots such as the Balcón de Europa, a splendid viewpoint over the sea.

Optional activity: Learn the relationship between maritime culture and the city of Malaga. The sailor on land: ships and nets. The espetos, and more specifically the sardine espetos, are a classic of Malaga gastronomy. One of the delicacies most appreciated by locals and tourists. Master class on the preparation and traditional cuisine of espetos de sardinas. An activity where you can learn the art of the espeto, rooted in the coast of Malaga for centuries. You will visit the fishermen's quarter of Malaga, as well as a craft workshop of the typical boats called jábegas. 

In the evening, Farewell Dinner.
